Carne asada - in the wild!

Cooking some bistek!

Carne asada - get the seasoned arrachera meat from your local carniceria (usually seasoned with chili, garlic, cilantro, onions and lime)

Put on the grill and cook to taste. We prefer well-done.

Tacos - heat some tortillas, add meat, salsa, beans, lime and grilled onions.

Ofcourse some beer!

Insides are nice and creamy. Start off with the Salsa recipe and then add the avocado.
