First boil the noodles (chowmein egg noodles) and strain.
While the water is boiling prepare the veggies for the stir fry in olive oil - onions, peas, carrots, corn. Add the chowmein, stir fry sauce and soy sauce and mix. Serve with garlic chili and sriracha sauce.

The base is low sodium organic chicken broth (Trader Joe's). Add some chopped onion, cilantro, mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn - frozen). Add some chunks of firm tofu. Cook for about 10mins until boiling and ready to serve.
