- Bottled almond butter (or you can make your own by blending almonds, sugar and olive oil)
- chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- for vegan option use 1 tbs of flax seed to 3 tbs of water=1 egg; refrigerate for 15 minutes
Mix manually almond butter, sugar egg and chocolate chips. Amounts are based on taste. Taste the almond butter and sugar together before adding egg to determine sweetness.
Add 2 eggs or egg substitute (flax seed).
Mix eggs well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Garnish with chocolate chips before baking. Shape and bake for 15-20 minutes.
