- Egg whites
- Salt and pepper
Mix two cups of milk with 4 eggs and 1 cup of flour..
Saute veggies in a skillet with a bit of olive oil.
Spread cheese in the bottom of a glass container.
Add sauteed veggies on top of the cheese.
Add milk, egg and flour mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake until eggs are set.
