Mix some pancake mix and water and pour out on a hot pan with some butter
It should rise a bit and when cooked, flip over for a golden brown look
Top off with butter, syrup and some fresh fruit!

Gobi - Cauliflower
For some delicious Gobi (Cauliflower) look no further!
Start with chopping and washing the gobi
Steam in a covered pot - don't add any additional water! The gobi will give off its own and shrink to a third.
Add some olive oil, masalas - haldi, garam masala, salt, chili.
Once cooked open the pot and let it loose excess water

Paneer Jalapenos
Main Ingredients: Paneer, Jalapenos and Onions
Start with cutting the jalapenos and onions fajita style and cooking with some oil in a pan. Cook until onion is golden brown.
Prepare the paneer by breaking it into small pieces by hand. Toss into the pan and add salt, chili and haldi and garam masala
Cover and cook for a few minutes, the panner will become soft and mushed.Then add some chopped cilantro and it will soon be ready!

Chai - the Indian way
Doing it the Indian way, start with half and half of water and milk and start to boil. You can also add a piece of ginger if you want a flavor.
Once warm add some loose tea - orange pekoe is a pretty standard one you can find in any Indian store.
Watch it carefully as it may boil over!
Boil it until the color is right for your taste. Then strain out the tea leaves, add some sugar and ready for chai time!

Paneer Fajita
Ingredients: paneer, colorful bell peppers, onions and various masalas.
Start with the chopped peppers and onions.
Saute in a pan with oil, salt and pepper and some chili.
Chop the paneer into chunks
Fry the panner with some olive oil in a pan until brown
Mix it together!
