- Lo mein or chow mein noodles
- Stir fry vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, bak choy) and sprouts
- Vegetable stir fry sauce
- Chili garlic sauce
- Soy sauce
- Sriracha sauce
In a pot boil noodles until soft (usually it takes 3-5 minutes). Boil water first then add noodles.
Drain water from noodles.
On a flat pan stir fry each vegetable separately as they cook at different rates and take different times to cook. You can combine onions and bell pepper as they cook at approximately the same rate.
Add all sauces to taste at the end .
Mix all vegetables.
Mix in noodles.
