Brussels Sprouts and Tofu

  • Brussels Sprourts
  • Salt
  • Peper 
  • Olive oil
  • Tofu

Rinse Brussels sprouts.

Cut them in fourths.

Steam in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Pan fry with salt and pepper at high heat for 5 minutes. 

Serve with pan fried tofu.

Serve with fried tofu and polenta.
