First boil the noodles (chowmein egg noodles) and strain.

While the water is boiling prepare the veggies for the stir fry in olive oil - onions, peas, carrots, corn. Add the chowmein, stir fry sauce and soy sauce and mix. Serve with garlic chili and sriracha sauce.

Caldo de Tofu - Tofu Soup

The base is low sodium organic chicken broth (Trader Joe's). Add some chopped onion, cilantro, mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn - frozen). Add some chunks of firm tofu. Cook for about 10mins until boiling and ready to serve.
